DMCA Policy

Mangzio respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, follow the procedure below.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown request, provide the following in writing: your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address; a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; the exact URL(s) of the infringing content on our site; a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner; and your electronic or physical signature.

2. Where to Send Notices

Send DMCA notices to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". We aim to process valid notices within 3–5 business days.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including your contact information, identification of the removed content and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your consent to jurisdiction of your local federal court, and your signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

Mangzio will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5. Good Faith

Please note that submitting a false DMCA claim is a violation of federal law and may result in legal liability. Only submit a notice if you are the rights holder or authorized representative.
